The duties will include meeting with the renting homeowner prior to their rental and walking through the clubhouse to ensure everything is clean and in working order prior to their rental.

The liaisons will be provided a checklist to cover with the renters and a camera in case there are any discrepancies that need to be noted.
The janitorial service will still be responsible for doing a check of the clubhouse (and any necessary cleaning) after the event.
Because most of the events will take place on the weekends, there may be some times that the liaisons may need to meet with the renters on Fridays, Saturdays or Sundays.
